The Service A.B.A. Diving Container follows a design and construction process that starts from the customer’s needs.

Based on the on-board design, a preliminary project is drawn up to optimise the number of cylinders required.

The box is studied down to the smallest detail, in both design and function. The upholstery can be customised on request.

The box can be stationary or mobile, on request, using wheels or telescopic guides with a high load capacity.

The Service A.B.A. Diving Container is designed for maximum comfort and to enhance the aesthetics the customer asks for.

Operation and safety

The box can be filled with water to increase safety while the cylinders are being refilled.

Inside the box there is a 12-28 VDC LED lighting system which, besides lighting the box, makes it easier to spot any leaks from the cylinders.

The hydraulic system consists of two valves for recirculating the water, inlet and outlet, and a valve at the bottom of the box for completely draining the water it contains.

The recirculation system allows the box to be pressurised in perfect safety.

Layered structure

The box is built in several layers.

The upper layer, made of plexiglass, lets you see the whole cylinders and, together with the housings on the bottom, keeps them in a safe position at all times.

The second layer, besides holding the housings, lets the electric line enter the box, waterproofing it, and allows the 12-28 VDC LED lights to be fitted on the bottom of the box.

Finishes

The finishes of the Service A.B.A. Diving Container are designed and made with the utmost attention to detail.

All the materials used for the finishes are water-resistant and keep the box in good condition over the years.

All the polished steel parts, besides allowing the user to move the box, make it shock-resistant and so avoid damage to its paintwork.

The finishes can be customised on request: glossy, matt, shot-peened or satin.
