Privacy policy
This notice explains which personal data this website collects, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process and why

Writing to us is optional: we use the data you send only to reply. We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Who receives the data
The data is handled by the Service A.B.A. staff who are authorised to answer requests. Some providers help us and process it on our behalf, as processors:
- Vercel Inc., for hosting the site and for Vercel Web Analytics;
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics 4, only if you accept statistics cookies.
We do not disclose your data. We may pass it to public authorities only when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are based in, or run infrastructure in, the United States. Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) for certified providers or, otherwise, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
How long we keep the data
- Messages you send us by email: for as long as needed to reply and, if the request leads to a business relationship, for the duration of the relationship and the periods set by law.
- Technical hosting data: for the period set by the provider, limited to what operation and security require.
- Google Analytics 4 data and statistics cookies: for the period set by the controller in Google Analytics; the cookies last two years at most (see the Cookie policy).
- Your cookie choice: twelve months, after which the banner is shown to you again.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing or receive it in a commonly used format (portability), and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR).
Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing that has already taken place: for statistics cookies use “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
To exercise your rights write to info@serviceabasrls.com. If you believe the processing breaches the law you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
