Service A.B.A. develops custom components in standard or advanced composite materials, in metal, in mirror-polished or galvanised stainless steel, or in wood. We do not just develop the aesthetics: we also look after the kinematics, the interaction and the integration on board.

Mirror polishing of stainless steel
The polishing is carried out strictly "by hand", without the aid of automatic industrial techniques, so as to give our work the warmth and perfection typical of Italian design and quality, which can only be achieved in this way.
Special treatments
Electrochemical polishing of metal surfaces
This process is reliable for improving, in a single step, the functional characteristics of a large number of surfaces.
Its industrial uses include the pharmaceutical, paper and food sectors. In the naval sector this process is becoming increasingly important, because metals treated with electrochemical polishing are far more resistant to the elements, in particular to sea water.
The main on-board application of electrochemical polishing is the refurbishment of the floor plates in the engine room and garage of large yachts; the floor plates supplied on a new build are often in painted aluminium which, regardless of the aesthetic result, deteriorates irreparably over time.
Service A.B.A. specialises in rebuilding garage and engine room floors with AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel checker plate treated with electrochemical polishing.
